Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account or run a store on Brand Lab.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account, including by team members you invite.

Your store and designs

You own your designs and your store's content. You give us permission to host, render and display them so we can run your store — nothing more.

Only upload artwork you created or have the rights to use. Don't upload trademarks, logos or characters you don't own.

Selling

You're the seller of record for orders placed in your store. You set prices, handle customer service and honour your returns policy.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card details.

Suspension

We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or our acceptable use policy. We'll tell you why and how to appeal.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
