We collect as little as we can and only use it to run the service.
What we collect
- Store owners and staff: name, email, password hash, and the stores you belong to.
- Shoppers: contact details, shipping address and order history, on behalf of the store you buy from.
- Security logs: sign-ins and important changes, with IP addresses stored only as salted hashes.
- Analytics: daily totals of visits, product views and add-to-bag events. No tracking cookies and no per-person profiles.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising. Card details go straight to our payment provider.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in, to remember a shopping bag, and to let store owners preview an unpublished store.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. Shoppers can ask the store they bought from, or contact us directly.
